Jason Farmer is CEO and the Co-Founder of Stratice Healthcare.

Farmer drives Stratice Healthcare’s strategic vision and the expansion of the Company’s e-Ordering solutions to support the digitalization of multiple areas of patient care burdened by a continuing lack of electronic connectivity.  Working closely with Stratice’s senior management team to execute the Company’s accelerating national deployment of its e-Ordering solutions, Farmer manages larger EHR and other adopting system initial adoption discussions and integration transactions, along with partnering opportunities to expand Stratice’s service offerings for its network.  Farmer also leads the Company’s growth capitalization strategy through ongoing private placements and strategic capital partnerships, while managing Stratice’s corporate development strategy and large industry partnering transactions.

Prior to joining Stratice’s executive management team, Farmer founded WestBridge Investments — a venture capital and private equity firm based in Indianapolis serving as its Senior Managing Director. WestBridge focuses on close collaborations with entrepreneurs and senior management teams driving the growth of the firm’s portfolio investments in start-up, early stage and acquired companies. WestBridge’s principals and operating partners often join its portfolio companies in various roles to help drive faster company organization, management team build-outs, formation of successful capitalization and growth strategies, and effective product development, service expansion and market development plans. In addition to investments in multiple start-up and early stage technology companies, Farmer led the successful acquisition of multiple companies in the healthcare, financial services and energy sectors while holding various executive management, board seat and active advisory roles.

Farmer spent the first 15 years of his professional career primarily as a corporate finance lawyer, facilitating and executing venture capital investments and private equity-backed business acquisitions, as well as accompanying commercial loan and mezzanine financing transactions – in total, exceeding $3B in aggregate transaction value.  Prior to graduate school and his corporate finance and investment career, Farmer spent five years in the Silicon Valley working with a wide range of start-up and fast-growth companies within various software, technology, biotech and e-commerce sectors.

Farmer earned his MBA from the University of Louisville, his law degree from The Brandeis School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from Pomona College in Claremont, California.  Jason and his two sons reside in Westfield, Indiana.

President

Jeff Woodham is the President of Stratice Healthcare, a privately held health information technology company that developed eOrdersPlus™ – a disruptive software service that provides e-prescribing capabilities between medical providers, payers, patients and home & durable medical equipment (HME/DME) suppliers.

Previously, Woodham served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of The MED Group (MED), a division of Managed Health Care Associates (MHA).    He spent 19 years with the organization while leading roles in Information Systems/Technology, Operations, Product Development, Sales, Marketing and Trade Relations.    During his tenure Woodham lead the organization in developing programs/solutions for customers, partners and the HME industry at large.   In addition, he participated with Executive Management in leading multiple ownership changes through private equity offerings and ultimately a strategic acquisition.

In 2010, MED was acquired by MHA and Woodham assumed the Senior Leadership position for the operating division.    In this leadership while he was responsible for working with multiple business units across multiple classes of trade in the Post-Acute Care market.

Prior, Woodham was Developer and Technology Consultant for Computer Transition Services, Inc., a regional systems integration firm that specializes in healthcare, legal, accounting and small business.  In the role, he consulted and developed business processes automation solutions and helped clients leverage technology for efficient and effective business practice improvements.

Woodham has served on advisory groups, trade organizations for the HME/DME industry and the American Association for Homecare.  Additionally, he has been involved with a number of non-profit organizations. Woodham received his BBA in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University in 1992.   Woodham is married with two children.

Chad Hammerstrom

Executive Vice President, Business Development

Chad Hammerstrom is Executive Vice President of Business Development for Stratice Healthcare.

Hammerstrom has primary responsibility for driving Company growth through vendor partnerships, strategic industry relationships, capitalization strategies and helping manage its strategic planning and business development functions.

Hammerstrom founded Net-Rx in 2002– a Healthcare technology company focusing on Business Analytics and Third Party Claims reconciliation. In 2010 Hammerstrom sold Net-Rx to Managed Healthcare Associates, Inc., the largest Post Acute Care GPO and assumed the role of Vice President of Healthcare Technology and Services. During his tenure at MHA, Hammerstrom had sole responsibility for Net-Rx as well as driving various Technology initiatives for MHA. In Hammerstrom’s role as VP of Healthcare Technology and Services, he worked in close collaboration with MHA’s business unit leaders to support MHA’s companies’ growth through the acquisition of technology companies as well as bringing new products and services to MHA’s technology portfolio.

In Hammerstrom’s 20 plus year career in Healthcare, he has founded and led several companies including a regional chain of drug stores, as well as pharmacy practice management software and IT solution companies. Hammerstrom is an active investor in several healthcare verticals, and serves on the Board of Directors for Western Construction Services — a commercial general contractor company.

Hammerstrom is very active in his community coaching various youth sports and serving on multiple committees and boards serving youth in his home town.   Chad, his wife and two daughters reside in Washougal, Washington.

Amardeep

Chief Development Officer

Amardeep Chana is the Chief Development Officer for Stratice Healthcare.

With over 26 years of experience in product development and software engineering at fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and consulting, Chana has extensive experience leading teams that transform business ideas into working solutions solving difficult customer problems.

Before taking his current role, Chana was Stratice Healthcare’s Solution Architect and worked with an industry leading Agile Coach to help implement both Kanban and Scrum in their development team. A very successful endeavor, Chana continues in his current role to champion and adopt the Agile Methodologies that bring robust and secure features to the eDMEplus software system in a predictable and timely manner.

Prior to joining Stratice, Chana worked at JDSU as a Principal Software Engineer. In this role he was responsible for the vision, design, and deployment of scalable and reusable software frameworks that leveraged feature ideas quickly and effectively. A recent clean sheet design was a Spectrum Analyzer for the broadband internet industry that brought market leading capabilities to enable the national rollout of gigabit data networks to consumers.

During the course of his career, Chana held engineering and team leadership roles at Xerox and Kodak on multi-billion dollar revenue product families. He learned many processes and people skills as well as establishing the business relationships needed for an engineering team to succeed. Chana also provided IT consulting services for health care organizations including the Home Health Care Unit at Medina Memorial Hospital where he made improvements to their Medicare billing system.

Chana holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from The State University of New York at Buffalo. He volunteers his time and skills to help the community during emergencies and natural disasters by providing communications through the Amateur Radio Emergency Service.

Chief Solutions Architect

Ed Delaney is the Chief Solutions Architect for Stratice Healthcare.

With over 30 years as a software engineer, Delaney has extensive experience in developing large scale enterprise solutions for a variety of industries.  He as been a Software Development manager, college instructor, technical team leader, public speaker, and mentor, helping development teams become effective agents for implementing solutions to business problems.

Before coming to Stratice, he was a software development team lead for Banner, the flagship enterprise solution for Higher Education from Ellucian.  While there, he helped lead an international development effort to restructure and modernize the core products, which opened up markets around the world for the solution.  He also specialized in performance tuning of large scale Oracle database systems used by some of the largest universities in the US, including University of Illinois, University of California, Georgia Board of Regents, and Auburn University, as well as universities in Mexico, France, the UK, an United Arab Emerates.

He played a key role in translating business requirements into scalable solutions, and end user requirements into user friendly interfaces.  This broad command of modern multi-tiered architectures let him play a lead role in bringing a large legacy system into the modern era using the Grails development framework on the Java platform.

In a world of rapidly changing technologies, Delaney has used his people and technical skills to constantly reinvent himself and the solutions he supports. Throughout his career, Delaney has been the ‘go to’ technical resources for sales, marketing, support, development and management organizations.  Delaney is passionate about sharing his knowledge and learning every day. He has been a regular speaker at technical conferences, and has that uncommon ability to communicate successfully with both technical and non-technical associates.

Delaney has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from The Evergreen University, and enjoys playing Irish music on his accordion and banjo in his spare time.

Bobby Moran

Senior Director Of Supplier Operations

Bobby Moran is the Senior Director of Operations for Stratice Healthcare.

Moran oversees daily operations and management of Stratice’s Supplier Network including account management, recruitment & contracting, training, and retention. Moran also manages the daily operational components of all three of Stratice’s initial electronic ordering solutions stemming from the company’s first-to-market electronic ordering solution — eOrdersPlus™. These components consist of the EHR Integrated application of eOrdersPlus , the “Supplier Order Entry” web-based application, and the “Physician Order Entry” web-based application. In addition, Moran serves as the business liaison to Stratice’s software development team. Moran participates in software design, assists in product development, drives user acceptance testing, and maintains and updates user-facing content.

Prior to joining Stratice Healthcare in a fulltime capacity, Moran consulted with the company for two years on a regular basis. During this time Moran utilized his extensive knowledge of the HME/DME industry to assist Stratice in identifying market opportunities based upon supplier demand. Bobby was also directly responsible for driving the creation and evolution of Stratice’s electronic product order templates, which led to the development of the decision-support logic supporting Stratice’s e-ordering solutions.

Moran has over 15 years of experience in the HME/DME industry, including 13 years at a large HME/DME supplier operation located in Indianapolis, Indiana. During his extended tenure with the organization, Moran was promoted through the ranks from an entry-level technician to Manager of Rehab Sales and Services (focusing on complex ambulatory and complex mobility equipment (manual & power) as well as home and vehicle modifications.  Moran has extensive knowledge of durable medical equipment usage and maintenance, delivery routing and dispatch operations, medical billing, accounts receivable, insurance audit processes, accreditation, P&L management, and daily operations all relating to the DME/HME supplier. As a volunteer, Moran also worked closely with the ALS Association Indiana Chapter for several years directly assisting individuals and families affected by ALS helping to coordinate their medical equipment needs.

Moran received his business education through Indiana University Kokomo’s Bachelors of Science Business Degree program with a concentration in Marketing.

Jhason Newman

VP of Solution Sales

Jhason Newman serves the role of Vice President of Solution Sales for Stratice Healthcare allowing him to work collaboratively with physician practices, suppliers and EHR systems to leverage the eOrderPlus platform for efficient management of patient orders.  Newman co-leads the Company’s full sales efforts driving care provider awareness, adoption and utilization of our expanding e-Ordering solutions serving healthcare professionals’ e-ordering of patients’ home, durable and general medical equipment & supplies needs.

Jhason joined the Company with deep experience with C-Suite sales experience in medical device products and pharmaceutical sales.  He has over 10 years experience in professional sales and sales management in the acute and non-acute medical device industry.   With his experience and passion, Jhason is focused on delivering efficient and effective solutions both the healthcare providers and suppliers.

Newman is a 2004 graduate from University of Indianapolis, holding a B.S in Biology.  He currently volunteers with Big Brothers of Greater Indianapolis as St. Vincent DePaul.

John Brady

Co-Founder

John Brady is the Co-Founder of Stratice Healthcare

Previously, Brady served as Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President for Arcadia Resources, Inc., (NYSE Amex: KAD), a ~$100M home care, respiratory and pharmacy provider. While with Arcadia, Brady was primarily involved with all facets of marketing and business development – including joint ventures, acquisitions and divestitures.

In 2003, Brady co-founded PrairieStone Pharmacy, a retail chain of pharmacies, based in Minneapolis, MN. While at PriaireStone, Brady led the launch of DailyMed™ – a first-to-market and patented program geared to help high-risk patients better manage their medications. PrairieStone was named “Chain of the Year” by Drug Topics magazine in 2005.

Prior, Brady served two-years with Novartis Pharmaceuticals and also worked for NCS HealthCare (NASDAQ: NCSS), which through its initial public offering (IPO), became one of the nation’s largest long-term care pharmaceutical providers. Brady served on the Senior Management team, and led the development of a 50-person sales and marketing team. The Company was recognized by Forbes magazine as one of the Top 100 fastest growing companies. Brady’s foray into health care was with Cardinal Health, Inc. Brady began his career in New York City with Edelman Worldwide.

Brady has served on advisory groups, trade organizations for pharmaceutical manufacturers and healthcare providers, group purchasing organizations and geriatric caregivers. Additionally, he has been involved with a number of non-profit organizations. Brady received his Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana State University in 1992, with an emphasis in communications and business. Brady is married with three children.
